We can (now, see above) understand how all the Mitzvos (commandments) of the Torah are included in the commandment to love ones fellow as oneself, for realizing that the unity below causes unity between God and the collective soul above and as all the mitzvos are merely specific connection points (such as learning Torah to wisdom, Teffilin to arm etc.) hence the generalized unity and the gateway to all other points of unity, is in the Mitzvah of Ahavas Yisroel.
