We can all agree, Einstein had uncanny observational abilities – well did you know, as he said, his entire quest in science was merely to understand the mind of God (which he hoped to infer from his creation/s; and he said "We do not know God’s truth, but when it is revealed, I am sure it will be both simple and beautiful.") Amazingly it was in this week’s Torah portion that the Rebbe revealed it – a truth both simple and beautiful! – it goes like this – everything God does is sequential – now there are two types of sequences – there is a circle and a spiral, for whereas the former can merely repeat, the spiral continuously expands – similarly these are two parallel dimensions – the physical and the spiritual – whereas the physical is simply more of the same – the spiritual: man’s heart, consciousness, hence heart and compassion, continually evolve – now this happens both on a macro and micro level – hence society as a whole is infinetly beyond where it used to be (from slavery, rape, lack of human-rights, to these very traits (perhaps extolled) seen to be for the vile evil which they are) yet on a core level, each individual is led through a. birth (the perception of his independence) b. through traveling the meaningless stupidity of those who trod before c. through the existential angst, hence d. the extensional search e. through a period of Divine inspiration (a personal "Giving of the Torah" if you would.. ) f. through being then led into the wilderness (as the Baal Shem Tov teaches, every soul has 42 personal journeys – moves) and it is through these journeys, some joy, others sad, that eventually the revelation becomes integrated.
