Inspiration for life

We begin life hopefully in the notion that we are fully capable, our every need we cry and is magically met – then we learn the most dreaded word “no” – now we learn that we are dependent – by nature all people are desirous of self-direction – so what we do is instead of accepting that we are dependent, we assume the identity of our authority – in this way we say to ourselves we are not slaves, rather “part of” – this then creates our second identity, this obviously will mean we will automatically behave as the roles our society places – so how men or women behave in a given society (which is why we see such amazing uniformity in behavior (in given societies)) but then there will be those intelligent enough to realize – usually through shame, pain, isolation – that identity should be mine
