We are approaching Pesach – the Rebbe teaches that Egypt relates to the Hebrew word for limitation – redemption means freedom – however we often mistake freedom – Americans are very into being free – but how free is freedom?! – perhaps part of the bizarre notion of young free people joining totalitarian movements (isis etc.) is because freedom is far from fulfilling – hence, there must be a form of freedom which allows both lack of limits with meaning – goodness and kindness
