We all have – yes every single person – always did, always will… three ingredients – the first is actually an ego – a delusion not only of our self but also of our prowess (this is why unfortunately in situations where children did not develop an ego – developed in childhood under the assumption that whatever I get, say food etc. was from me – unfortunately lack all drive – for effectively the ego is falling in love with the perception of self (body) and the nature of love is, we seek to give to whom we love) we also have emotions, so besides loving ourselves (unless depressed etc.) we love anything we think will assist, we also fear anything that will decrease (this is why anything we think will increase our fame vs. decrease, we have this attraction/retraction) finally, we also have God – objectivity – but to the extent the ego dominates, the mind is irrational
