We all have animal instincts. Every single animal is run by a basic instinct to survive and to feel pleasure from certain stimuli and pain from others – as a human, we have 3 higher instincts, the first is a sense of pride and shame, and the second is intelligence that can give us information. And therefore, many of us are in conflict with the body, which say wants to eat chocolate while the mind says  “sugar is bad for you” and of course, a healthy person, a mature person, a smart person is one that gains control. And of course, the highest is the Divine, the moral compass or conscience, and our ability to be humble.
