Until we understand that our desires are connected, not only to the Divine within us, but also to our animal instincts that have no concern but their own pleasure and fears, and worse, the satan, our ego, which is the source of all cruelty, hence, WE DESPISE OUR DESIRES; for chances are, two thirds of them are evil! we cannot truly get beyond our selves!
