Until the Rebbe all religions including Judaism made a fundamental error, there was a goal to be religious as it was defined by their religion and hence we see the most vilest of traits within religions, that as opposed to it making people identify and love one another it actually causes people to become delusionally arrogant, thinking, “I am so great I am religious” and the Rebbe came to explain religion is spirituality, spirituality is a infinite growth – namely none of us are ever complete, we are merely climbing an infinite ladder and if we are all climbing an infinite ladder, like two beanstocks growing infinitely, it makes very little difference which beanstock is higher, for both are destined to eternally grow!
