Ultimately you can forget about your delusions of grandeur, for God is a loving God and – as I can personally attest – fame doesn’t bring happiness (as is evidenced from all the famous actors on drugs to escape meaninglessness) rather giving does, so God leads us not in the direction of our ego’s delusions and desires, but in our souls!
