Ultimately, when Moshiach comes, it states, that Mitzvos will cease; yet, as it states elsewhere, Mitzvos will never cease! which is the truth!? So, the answer is, that the Rebbe teaches our OBLIGATION to do Mitzvos will cease, rather, our DESIRE to do Mitzvos will be the motivating factor, and it is precisely the person who does something out of desire, not obligation, who does it right!!!
