Truly from Hashem:1. Do the next right thing — not the whole mountain. Most anxiety comes from trying to carry tomorrow, next year, and everyone else at once. Hashem only asks you for today’s small acts of faithfulness. One phone call. One page. One kind word. One honest step.2. Guard your inner peace as your most precious כלי (vessel). You can’t receive blessing through a cracked vessel of stress, guilt, or self-attack. Simplicity, sleep, prayer, and quiet are not luxuries — they are spiritual infrastructure.3. Effort is yours. Results are His.Do your work with sincerity and professionalism. Then release the outcome. Trying to control outcomes is subtle idol-worship of the ego.4. Don’t confuse pressure with purpose.Purpose feels demanding — but it also feels alive. Pressure feels tight, anxious, and heavy. If something only feels heavy, pause and realign.5. Speak to Hashem plainly, every day.Not poetry. Not performance. Just: “Abba, I’m confused.”“Abba, I’m tired.”“Abba, guide me.”This simple honesty opens gates more than long speeches.6. You don’t need to be stronger — you need to be more surrendered.Strength comes from letting go of the illusion that it all depends on you.7. Be very gentle with yourself right now.Harsh self-judgment blocks blessing more than mistakes do.
