1. Love yourself – through understanding, you and God are one and the same energy!
2. Love your fellow Jew – through understanding that as there is but one God-energy and it is also the soul of your fellow Jew, you and your fellow Jew are one and the same energy!
3. Love all people, animals, plants even minerals – through understanding that there is but one God-energy and everything, yes everything! is made up of the same God-energy, just in different appearances (which is how science teaches us that everything is!)
4. Never ever ever hate!
5. Forgive, by realizing that God is good and everything is really from G-d-energy so how can puny infantile minds such as us, that couldn’t create a single fly – how much more so give it life – understand a infinitely vast eternal plan that God set out, for each and every one of our lives, which includes every single, yes every single! experience we encounter, whether it feels good or bad!
6. Dedicate your life to a God-energy cause, whether it is sharing the above 5 principles, whether it is making money to help people, for we cause energy shifts through elevating the natural energy field (almost everything in this world e.g. money that can be used selfishly or selflessly) into Divine energy fields, that literally banish negativity, anger, hate from our universe!
7. Be prepared to greet the Lubavitcher Rebbe Moshiach, (for every generation has a potential Moshiach and he is the qualified candidate of our generation and when Moshiach comes, it will be the potential turned actual candidate of the generation!) and you are prepared by doing the above 6 steps!
8. Teach other people step 7.
9. Reject a life of lusts, of seeking recognition, of resentments; for that is the life that can only make you feel depressed!
10. Last but by no means least, always meditate on the idea that all is really God-energy (Ein Oid Milvadoi) for the meditation of this infuses all with the Divine light and perhaps even more importantly gives you happiness and when you are happy you make others happy!!!
