Someone asked me yesterday “Why are there so many “rabbis” against Chabad?”

You see, change is the most vital, necessary, true, yet hard thing for people to do!

Naturally, we like to put God in a box – there are as many boxes for God as there are different hats.

Every faith claims its own box; as a German once told me, “God is a God of order,” for that’s the comfortable box for a German, who himself is in a box.

The truth is, God has no box.

And this was the great revelation of Chassidus, that God is infinite.

Now even infinity has a box – for people usually relate infinity to non-finite, but true infinity is that there is no box, that even the limitation of non-limitation also applies not.

In other words, as the Rebbe countlessly stressed, the turth of God’s infinity is his ability to merge realities!

Quite simply, it’s the notion of eternal growth!
