To the extent that I desire to make myself happy (vs. God…) is the extent that I shall be miserable (for the ego – "I want" can never be satisfied… – furthermore whatever the ego gets, it just wants double! – but to satisfy God’s wants: Torah, Mitzvos, Love… – it’s doable! – just a drop of energy, effort and commitment to higher ideals)
