To see the evil in another, is to not only forget of our own, but to cause hatred; for just as we are conscious of our own evil, yet not mad at ourselves for having it, as our self-love allows us to both be unconditionally accepted by ourselves, despite our evil; when we focus on another’s evil what we are really doing is saying “there is nothing lovable in you!”
