One of the remarkable things about Judaism, is connecting meditation, to times!

You see, there is a lot we need to integrate, but by having specific times when we do this, we therefore remember to integrate/meditate!

As you wake up – Be Grateful For Living Another Day and Literally Count Your Blessings

In the morning – pray/daven

After prayers – learn Judaism/Torah

Work honestly – with integrity and compassion to all you meet

In the afternoon – pray/Daven

In the evening – pray/Daven

Once in a while – after every breath, say, thank you God for everything! bearing in mind, that the entire universe gets recreated every nano-second.

Before you go to sleep – say the bedtime prayers/krias shema al hamittah and then: 1. Forgive anyone who ever harmed you!
2. Think about your blessings that day!
3. Think about your actions that day – were you happy or sad that you did them?! 4. Think about how you want to act tomorrow?!
