Three separate entities, mutually exclusive, antagonistic and in perpetual conflict run us; the first is truth / God / our desire for truth / our soul; We are born with the ultimate truth, compassion, but then we have instincts; 2. things that give us pain and things that give us pleasure; and like a dog, we are very passionate about our instincts – as empirically seen by how boys change their attitude for girls, before and after puberty; so the instincts infiltrate the mind, and set up like a virus in a host, a new mindset – 3. but the worst part, the very self-destructive element within us is our ego; for born with an innate desire to be better than others, and hence angered when lowered by others; think about how people with this desire, Hitler and the Germans have brought upon themselves a shame which they will never live down; similarly today, this same narcissistic bend drives the Arabs to try to God-forbid annihilate the Jews, for it will give them an ego-boost, but in truth, they are annihilating themselves, for history has no ego, it is objective; and as we look back at history, ironically it is the Jews, who time and time again were butchered, that come out being the good guys!
