Three realties always have and always will be operating simultaneously: the first is God, now for God to create us, the Kabbalists speak of a great process of hiding the infinity of God, which would preclude any other existence; sort of like making a black hole in light and within that black hole we exist; hence we see only what we were allowed to see, mainly our bodies, the material world etc. – so now we have two realties: God and ourselves, but there is a profound third reality, which links these two together and that is the Torah – the Torah is God’s wisdom – as we have had occasion to mention, the Torah, as God is, is infinite – so now we have a very perplexing quandary – how do you take something infinite and put it into something finite? – hence the nature of time – time really is moments – and moments can be subdivided into two ways – the first is say, seconds, minutes, days etc. the second far more relevant to us, is transformations; between one transformation and another lies the moment, in other words, our real lives consist not of moments in time – in fact they are meaningless – as we experience usually (hopefully for many) 8 hours lost every day in sleep – hardly the momentous occasion – Rather, between our truly transformative moments, from jumping from one persona based on one dimension of truth to another – ah’ here we infinitely integrate infinity into the finite
