The first is our mind – to control our minds, we must literally order our minds, what to think and what not to!
To control our heart: loves and fears, we must decide what is worth loving, and of course besides doing the right thing (God) nothing is worth fearing!
And last but not least, our demon, devil within, our ego – which is always a farce, for the worse our self esteem, the more it manifests; so the key is to discover your true purpose in life, work towards it, so your self-esteem ensures that you feel not yourself, your ego, your pride; in other words, our certainty of our value, precludes uncertainty; if we are valuable!?
