This week’s Parsha Vayakhel is the final talk of the Rebbe, and of course, everything is designed amazingly and the Rebbe kind of goes away from the last 4 years of His style, which was very much about one’s personal connection to G-d – a mechanism of unification with G-d – and the entire talk is about Jewish and global unity, which is a message to us. The Rebbe says that every single person should see themselves as half. And by uniting with your fellow, this is when you are a whole. So if you think you are holy, but you are not also connected to your spouse, your family, your community, your people and people in general, then must think again. And finally, He describes that there are 3 layers to giving charity: 1. is 10%. The other is 20%, and the highest Is everything! That a person thinks about giving charity. He not only writes a check so to say, but he’s fully invested, as I like to say, "You have to see yourself as a nonprofit organization."
