It pays to remind everyone two things, that the primary mechanism which the Torah advocates for peace between aggravated parties is called mediation

Mediation is a well-known field and people should in all instances first and foremost find a mediator, which is a. less expensive; b. a mutually arrived at agreement through the facilitated help of the mediator to get the parties to compromise.

Even if one needs to “go to court” again the (second) best mechanism is what is called zablah, which means, each party chooses one Rabbi and the two choose a third, comprising the Torah’s mechanism of having three qualified Rabbis adjudicate the matter.
