Think of the conceptual paradigm, and you will understand the actual paradigm!

 

What was behind creation – you, me etc. – as our sages teach, God like a parent (but infinitely more so) loves us (as a parent can even love their unborn child) hence the ultimate gift God could bestow is what’s called Dirah Bitachtionim, to extend his infinity within us – to do so, we are created in the image/imagination that we are independent self-sufficient beings, and then as we realize that the society, science, culture around us is on the wrong course, we seek independently the truth – and then the infinity of God gets reveled and ultimately merges (the messianic state) within us!
