They tell the joke of a chicken and a pig – are you laughing? – well, they were heading past a breakfast diner – says the pig to the chicken, “They are serving bacon and eggs!” and he runs – finally the chicken catches up to him and he queries – “You know, it says chicken and bacon, but do you see me running like a chicken without a head?” – “Oh’ you don’t understand,” replies the pig – “From you they want a donation, from me a commitment” – the question is: in our relationship with God, are we committed?
