They say the difference between a sin and a Mitzvah is the difference between getting into a hot Mikvah or a nice cold pool on a hot summers day To get into a hot Mikvah is hard, you gingerly put in one toe and then another but when you finally make it in, “A Mechayah,” what a pleasure? On the other hand, its great to jump into a cold pool, but the thrill doesn’t last more than the secondary moment of instinctive pleasure.
