They say only a dozen people understood Einstein’s theory of relativity but please make that a dozen plus 1 because I think I do – why was his theory called relativity – for when asked to explain the theory for a layperson he said “when you are sitting on a hot stove a minute feels like an hour and when you have an engaging conversation with a pretty woman, an hour feels like a minute” – in other words, what Einstein realized is, the way we experience our reality is through not the objective lens of a realistic truth, rather through the subjective emotional reaction to the reality we are experiencing – in simple words Einstein discovered the physical universe is not real, it is a psychological construct like a living dream – so the point of this blog is as follows, we must realize we are experiencing emotions and we think what we are experiencing is real – just as in a dream – yet our experiences themselves have been produced, so we are hardwired say to feel the pain of heat and the enjoyment of a engaging conversation (unity, love etc.) and if we have been hardwired, not only does it mean there is someone who hardwires us, but it means the experiences themselves are no more than reactions – not reality itself
