There was a time people thought, If only I could get rid of God ! (then I could have all the sex) they created a tower and were dispersed
In fact, the Jewish sages teach, how could the Jews in ancient Israel, surely, the wisest of nations, serve brick and stones (as gods?!) for they thought (subconsciously) “well these will let me have sex.”
We live in a time, where everyone can (and often does) have as much unbridled libidinal gratification – and we have entered the post-sexual-revolution – today it is people of faith that demonstrate courage – succinctly (though a generalization) the more conservative a westerner is, the more courageous (for liberalism is simply, people trapped.)
