There truly are only three ways to live, the first is called the clown, the world is beautiful, people are perfect

The second is called the Nazi, the world is evil and it is my job to choose who should be put to death (this really stems from anger which stems from fear which stems from abuse which creates a shutting down of our capacity to love which creates the resentment over why we should lose the pleasurable feeling called love which causes we seek vengeance over who did that to us, which causes we are angry due to the fact we have not managed to hurt them back which causes we become jealous over those who are still loving which causes we begin to resent them which causes we begin to hate them which causes we see their “evil” which causes we do what we can like the Nazis and millions of antisemites before and after them did and are doing to try to annihilate them)

Or we can be less concerned about how life makes me feel, and decide instead to help others
