There is no nation that does not have some blood on their hands – sometimes even from Wars they thought they should be fighting altruisticly – such as the Maccabees who converted the Idumeans – which Herod the Tyrant came from – as well as the American, perhaps blunders Vietnam Etc. However when it comes to the only Nations that all of their actions have at least been motivated by a moral, not simply a Savagery- Reckless disregard for others – in my estimation is only the Jewish people and America
