There is a single direction to reality, as we had occasion to mention; it is the principle of growth! now growth works in the following three pronged (timed, managed, algorithmic) mechanism.

First is obviously, “the next stage” then comes the mechanisms, then comes the result, which allows for the next revolution.

For example, when we think about the growth of a child:

First comes the ability to push up their body with their hands – then comes crawling, then comes walking, then comes talking etc.

Now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand, that this was all preplanned (not to mention, that all healthy people – the vast majority go through these stages.)

However, just as when we went through these stages, we weren’t conscious we are growing – rather, we were merely reacting, similarly, in life.

In other words, growth, which by its very definition is the shaving of the ego, takes place through mechanisms which we don’t choose – the good news is, that though we don’t choose something doesn’t mean we can’t accept and even better, have faith in the design/er.
