There is a notion in Judaism that everything God does is clal/uprat, a general rule which subdivides into details – now there may be general rules that subdivided into details, which subdivided into general rules etc. etc. – in fact, as God is the general rule and we are like a person discovering a built island and trying to extrapolate the general rule from the details – no wonder Einstein searched for twenty years for the universal field theory (the theory that would unite the disparate elements of matter, similar to how he realized matter and energy were one) and couldn’t find it! – as Kabbalah teaches, there can be no unity except within God – for the general rule, is so very very simple: in order for there to be unity, there is a secret code called,123; one is God who made 2 (separated, identity, individual, specifics etc. etc.) but when the 2 looks beyond the I, and seeks the truth; getting beyond the selfish greed, narcissistic delusions of grandeur and seeks the focal point; then as each I is a subject, creation, messenger and in fact essence of the 1, you create 3, a sum which is greater than its parts!
