There are those who have no capacity to see evil (until it literally hurts them, for they wish to love) there are those who have no capacity to see good (for they are in a state of fear – so a. they are protecting themselves by always seeing evil and b. they are also in a state of resentment, hence they are actively wishing to see evil so they can hate, be malicious etc.) then there is God and the ultimate person, who can see evil, but not get angry (for they are a. secure, but b. not in wishful thinking)
