There are effectively three states we are all possibly in

The first is the state of naïve love

The second is the state of judgmentalism which is a very interesting state for we are actually in the state of fear, hence behaving correctly as we fear criticism, but the fact is as we are doing “goodness” out of fear, it is not only not enjoyable, it’s downright unpleasant, hence we become jealous of all those who have love and no fear, hence we become judgmental – now this judmentalism is not in truth about justice it’s about eliminating the unfairness; that we need to do something we don’t want to, while others don’t have to (much like children who will greatly resent having to go to bed, if their sibling doesn’t have to – because they themselves don’t want to go to bed – this is also the source of jealousy/evil/antisemitism/bulling etc. etc.)

Then there is truth, the truth is, it is not my job to judge you, hence if I am judging you, it is not out of love (for love sees no faults rather out of the second state) but simultaneously it is my job to judge my own behavior – hence I need to live in a dual reality – which is why most of us find this hard, for we detest splitting our perception – on one hand I need to judge myself and simultaneously I need to unconditionally love everyone else
