There are effectively only two societies – the first (ideal) in which the notion that the individual is born with inalienable rights – obviously the founding fathers had this notion – this notion comes from a fundamental respect – which begins with the Bible – there is no document in which man is more respected (and the fact that there are high expectations confirms; for you expect much of those you revere)
