The universal glue

Glue is an amazing thing, like water it collects the separate particles of say flour and combines it all into one big glue!
You see, life, it’s not about being one, like a dough; rather, like a universal glue, that puts together a mosaic; so, many beautiful, little rocks or tiles, all individually beautiful, but when combined form something extraordinarily gorgeous!
We too, need a universal glue, which doesn’t make us into one; rather, like a conductor, somehow gives each of us a unique instrument to play, but blends the many notes into a harmony, that is much greater than the sum of its parts!
This glue was revealed – amazingly – by the Lubavitcher Rebbe – in his last address before God robbed him of his speech – and knowing that everything that happens to anyone, infinitely more so, the Rebbe, the Moshiach of the generation, is exact, we must take the fact that the last Mosses like leader of Jewish history has recently revealed, perhaps the first time in Jewish history, the universal glue to unite all of humanity, quite seriously; if nothing else, perhaps something worth dedicating all of our lives too!
It goes like this:
Unity which combines (doesn’t annihilate) is found in the universal understanding that each and everyone of us is an individual servant of God!
What I do, you can’t do, nor can I do, what you can do!
In fact, the Rebbe goes so far to teach elsewhere, it is impossible for you, even if you had my talent and even if I yours, to do what I can do; for that is the part of the mosaic, in which God himself chose me to do – simply put, a man can never be a woman, and a woman can never be a man, neither are better or worse, both form an integral part of God’s plan and without either children cannot be born.
The Rebbe teaches (as I understand) Moshiach will tell each of us exactly what our instrument is – but we need not wait for Moshiach to guide us to our particular notes, mosaic, to bring about the harmony in humanity, rather, we must simply understand that “we all are created to serve our creator!”
This universal aspiration, that we are all united in a mission, though unique in our mission, creates the beautiful mosaic, beautiful melody, beautiful symphonic notes that has the uniqueness of making many, as they are unique, and each one special, into a singular oneness!
