the truth of life we are all complex, we combine simultaneously four different realities

1. Our highest reality is God, this is the force of unconditional love, compassion and sacrifice
2. We also have a mind – the mind likes to make sense out of things – but like calculator, a computer it is inherently neutral – it can tell you equally how to kill as to how to save – how to create a nuclear bomb to fulfill your sadist hate or how to create nuclear energy to give people free energy out of your love
3. We then are housed in an instinctive heart – like every animal this has two desires, the desire of attraction to pleasure and fear of shame, but as you are a human, you have another creature in you
4. Ego. The ego desires pride and not shame – however there is a positive and negative side to the ego – the positive side is being shamed to do something wrong and being proud to do something right – the negative side is being proud of yourself and angry if anyone else is better.
