The truth, nothing but the truth, so help me God

I recently heard that a Poileshe Rebbe – these are very great Tzaddikim (saints) – said, “Whoever knows about Moshiach doesn’t say; whosever says, doesn’t know – the only ones who know and say, are Lubavitch.”
As the Alter Rebbe (the first Chabad Rebbe) said, “The Moshiach we are all waiting for isn’t coming – the Moshiach that is coming, no-one is waiting for.”
In other words – if I told you someone is going to give you a surprise – you would assume what would be a surprise to you – maybe money etc.
However, if I told you, someone is going to give you something you can’t imagine – it is simply impossible to imagine!
Similarly, Moshiach, as (I have discerned from the Rebbe and hence previous Rebbes writings) is not about world-peace (in fact, under King Solomon, we had world peace) it is not about the third holy temple (we already had two for 830 years) it is not about the Jews all congregating in Israel (we had that for close to a thousand years) rather, Moshiach is the true desire of God! – Ultimately, we can look at life in one of two ways – either God is for us, or we are for God – it may seem these are similar, but they are diametrically opposites – for if God is for us, it is like the parent who sacrifices – if we are for God, it is like the child who sacrifices. In other words, is God serving our needs or vice-versa?
It is obvious God cannot have a need – any human emotion, instinct etc. is laughable in the Divine context.
So this world is not a need, rather a meaningful loving gift!
But what is the gift?!
The gift is, as our sages say: God desired to dwell within us – “Make for me a dwelling place and I will dwell in each of you!!!”
