The Truth Nothing But The Truth So Help Me God

The truth is actually very funny / ironic.
For all our perceptions are obviously made in our brain – no mind, no perception.
But what causes us to think is not necessarily rational.
It is a mistake to think that an animal doesn’t think – an animal can exhibit (depending which ones) extraordinary genius – for example, bees can calculate distances to flowers better than computers – many animals have literally beyond human computational abilities, however none of them think independent of a desire.
In other words, what makes an animal act is nothing more than a instinctual desire, be it survival, procreation, hunger, which all humans have as well.
But here is where things get tricky.
For us humans have prefrontal lobes (which no animal has) this is the seat of an independent rational thinking objective mind.
So what happens when I have two opinions – dieting is a great example – my instinctual mind/desire wants to eat that chocolate – my logical rational opinion knows that it isn’t good for me?!
