The truth, nothing but the truth, so help me God!

Number one, to discover the truth we need to infer from observation, as we do all the time, basing future decisions, based on experiences.

But to discern the truth, we need to be able to suspend the limited sentenial (sense based observation) for science has shown us a world beyond.

From nano-matter, to the world of sub-atomic physics, in which things are no longer things, but consciousnesses!

A new reality emerges, one in which we must understand that our perception (sense based) is an illusion!

It is our thoughts, revelation in particular, from Mosses till the Rebbe, in which truth corroborated by modern science emerges.

Firstly, all is God!

Secondly, we are in the biggest battle for our humanity, for our love, for our souls ever! we are love, we are humane, we are souls! but the Yetzer Hara, an active consciousness, distracts us through lusts, through delusions of grandeur, through anger, wherein, man if not careful, looses himself to these vices, and literally like a drug addict, dies meaninglessly!

Thirdly, to break free, we need the wisdom of Chassidus, in particular the Tanya, the bible of Jewish mysticism, that clarifies which thoughts are good, which are bad (for example, guilt is bad, repentance good; exultation over our body bad, exultation over our soul good, etc. etc.)

Fourthly; And once we have the map, we then need to a. continuously thank-God for continuous creation, to give us the energy to b. continuously rise above the allures of evil and self-discipline ourselves to do what we know is right!

Finally; And then, we may not fall trap to the ego; which will delude us into false sense of superiority; we must know that God is infinite, and relative to infinity, we don’t even exist! hence, we are on an INFINITE LADDER, WITH INFINITE STEPS; TODAY’S GOOD MUST BE FOLLOWED BY A BETTER TOMORROW, OTHERWISE WE ARE NOT EVEN ON THE LADDER.
