the truth is as the Alter Rebbe teaches – we are overall a composite of the four elements earth – air – fire – water – which drive us in various instinctive ways – such as laziness, fun, recognition / power and pleasure – so because we all have these instincts – therefore this is what despise about psychology that by creating labels, instead of seeing a person as fundamentally awesome with something to work on
