The truth is, all of human destiny hence history is compacted in each of our lives

As the Baal Shem Tov taught, that, as the Jews took a 42 sojourned journey from Egypt to the promised land, similarly, we all begin in Egypt, in false perception, in limitations (though they are only, yet absolutely so, perceptions) and we traverse 42 periods of life, we see darkness, we see light; until we reach Israel, our personal promised land!

But if I had to create a quilt, a mosaic from the different tiles, from the fabric of these journeys, it seems to me – though this is purely my own, not a sanctioned story, hence hopefully, it belongs in the non-fiction side…

Effectively, the Egypt we are born into is this, the notion of the immutably of reality.

As we are sensory beings, and as our senses inform us of the laws of physics (say, your hand doesn’t go through a wall) we incorporate tremendous amounts of information (they say, we learn 99 percent of what we know by the age of 5) so the rest of our life, there is truly but a single all-encompassing diametrically opposing paradigm we need to integrate.

Namely, that we are in a video game, all that has a limitation is not intrinsically such, it is only because it was programed as such.

And understating, that it is our own perception of trust, that can alter reality; that the game will move according to our positivity and negativity; that though the hand that moves it, remains hidden through the natural occurrences, yet the natural occurrences themselves, are by-products of the positive or negative energy we ourselves produce!

Quite simply, we need to reduce our anxiety; increase our absolute certainty that all is and will forever not only be good, but as God is infinite, it will always get infinitely better, and because God is infinite, infinitely better… ad-infinitum!
