The three stages of existence

The Rebbe teaches based on Chassiddus Kabbalah everything exists (or the way God made it exist) in three stages
Thought, plan, action
The thought stage of existence is God’s desire to have a home in you
Yep, God wants that you and him should marry!
The plan stage is everything that has happened up till now.
Creation, exile, redemption, giving us the Torah, the first temple, exile, the second temple, exile, and the current messianic process unfolding before our open or closed eyes.
You see, as the Rebbe teaches, the plan stage culminates in the result stage for through the plan, the very actions it produces become the very revelation that ensues.
O.k. Rabbi you lost me – that’s o.k., I almost lost myself.J
This is what it means:
The plan is for this world to be as bright as heaven, for you to be as holy as Mosses, for when Moshiach comes the glory of God will fill every orifice of the world, the darkness will recede as light banishes darkness, and every Jew (perhaps all people) will be great prophets (of course not as great as Mosses but great nonetheless).
But “the actions it produces become the very revelation that ensues.”
In other words, there could have been two ways God could create a new reality, poof, a new reality; or the three steps mentioned.
For the following three reasons, God chose the three step approach.
a. to have our actions become the revelations
b. so we should feel as partners in redemption
c. so we should not feel like redemption is a handout
The actions that bring redemption which is the unity of God in man and in the world..
Are the trillions of good deeds the Jewish people (and perhaps all people) have performed through the past four millennia.
In fire and water, in wealth and poverty, in freedom and oppression, through every type of test, Jews have shined light.
We have taken a world bereft of light and imbued such light that today human rights, a striving for the sublime, are more dominant than the reverse; which considering human history is a transformation of renewal to rival the very creation of the world itself.
Hidden like lighting, comes from the darkness of thunder clouds, so hidden within the very memory (for matter has memory, see, “What The Bleep Do We Know”) is the light we Jews have imbued through fire and water in wealth and poverty, in freedom and oppression within the cultures, the spiritual angels that run these cultures, within the physical land these cultures inhabit (as the Rebbe states, that from after the holocaust Jews were brought up in all the myriad gentile lands that were hitherto untouched and have elevated their languages through using them to conduct themselves righteously and many many other methods.)
Though we see it not, the very fabric of reality is so imbued with light that this light is seeping forth – whereas humanity once upon a time was narcissistic warmongering nations at best, today the concept of dignity, liberty and God are the new fad.
Whereas oppression of Jews namely, human rights, was the norm, today Jews, by righteous gentiles, are held in the highest of esteem, to the extent that most Jews are completely unaware.
And most important of all, the unity of God within man, the very sacrifice of our souls (for as the Rebbe states, every Jewish generation is just a reincarnation of the previous, so our previous sacrifices are the very cause as mentioned, the actions are the cause of the revelation) of God within Jews in our generation.
As the Rebbe teaches, the ultimate of the redemption is not anything that will be observed rather it is the internal process of God’s unity with every single Jew – you will be collected even if you are in the furthest reaches of earth – no soul will remain without connection – it is the personal union of God within the very framework fabric and reality of man – so man need not ascend to God, rather God shall, is, and will descend to every man – it is this that the thousands of years, the millions of tears, the billions of good deeds and the tens of millions of Jewish martyrs achieved for themselves and the world, namely that the end rooted in the original thought, would manifest.
