The three stages from under, over and properly, developed

Life is like a living cake.

To begin, it is fluid – we believe all is wonderful, just a matter of time before our fantasies are fulfilled (we look at the adult world, compare it to our helplessness, consider them supermen …)

Then, depending when, but invariably we get burnt (often through maliciousness, we now see reality as evil, or in midlife crises, we realize our fantasies are non-realities etc. etc.)

But if we try hard enough, because we are a living cake, not stuck in the burnt stage, we can become just right – a proper mixture between hot and cold, hard and soft – we develop our own identity, opinion – but in order to do that, first we must let go of fear, which can only come about through faith, trust and hope.
