Life is so simple, we, at all times are either being: selfless (giving unconditionally,) selfish (looking after our instinctual needs and wants, which includes giving, but never unconditionally,) and cruelty (which comes from jealousy, hence hate, hence anger, hence rationalizations why it’s justified to be cruel!)
