The three paradigms Chessed, Gevurah Tifferes – in life we are either in the state of love – if things are secure, as we instinctively (like a dog) love, therefore we are attracted (and as all desires prevent rational perception, hence as the saying “love is blind” – this very much is playing out where naive people are refusing to acknowledge terrorists violence) the second is the exact opposite and that is fear – now fear creates a desire to feel safe, so when we think there is a danger, as the famous adage, we get two choices, namely fight or flight (though in truth there is also freeze) but even fight is not about anger, rather about prevention – now a 500,000,000 person study (that’s conclusive) found that behind all mental disturbances is fear (for the brain actually unbeknown and often not within the control of the individual goes into a preventative state, often creating elaborate false realities such as narcissistic personality which is really fear of shame)
