The thing to recall is that even what we think we have accomplished is much like a video game character taking success for finishing a level.

 

Without the video game programmer, without the video game, and without the player, we would a. Not exist,  b. Have nowhere to exist and c. Never move anywhere.

Ultimately, all that is achieved in life, is the inner success, of overcoming selfishness in favour of selflessness, but the outer success are all pre-ordained.
