Everything is really energy
Sure the world looks like it is stationary, but Heisenberg clearly taught, what is observable, and a basic law of physics today, when you aint looking, particles (matter, everything you can look at) is energy waves, only when you look at it, does it shift into, becomes, a particle – stationary objects!
This being the case, we need to understand that waves like water that forms waves, is a very lucid object.
It easily shifts formats – much like you watching a movie or TV show, will fluctuate based on how the scenes trigger your emotions, happy, sad, scared etc. similarly, the entire world is made up of energy and this energy will fluctuate – it will dance to our tune! so be happy, because you not only change yourself, you quite literally change the entire world!!!
