The spiritual mechanism to happiness

There are two ways at seeing our world, one, that we are in a dog eat dog world, or another, we are in a spiritual reality
The dog eat dog world we unfortunately get easily
But the spiritual reality, there are as many interpretations as to God, his desires for us, as there are different faces on our planet.
But here is the truth
This is not something which you can believe, you can test it and it will work
First and foremost we must have three basic principles in mind:
One, all is God’s doings, to lead us to an even better commitment to doing what’s right
In other words, God easily could have – as he has – made us into angels, and we would know only what is right and not what is wrong.
The very first thing God did after he commanded man, was to surreptitiously through the Yetzer Hara’s inducement get him to learn to see good and evil, the effect of eating the tree of knowledge of right and wrong.
For a person who follows blindly is not much of a person at all.
It is precisely with the opportunity, knowledge, taste of good and evil, that man’s choice to do good is just that – his permanent decision to reject a. in favor of b.
Now as we are composites of both light and dark, heaven and hell, God and the satan, it is precisely through experiencing both extremes that we overcome the latter for the former.
However as we are combined energies, this commitment to overcome our worse half, is an infinite process, as we know, it states, le-at le-at agarshenu, slowly but continuously we chase away the Yetzer Hara.
In other words, we never arrive at a destination of holiness, we are constantly advancing towards it!
Secondly we must quite simply be humble, by continuously thanking God for every little favor he does, for the arrogant person, one who thinks highly of oneself, ceases to believe in God but himself!
And last but not least, we must realize, our lives are meaningful, like a machine made of many parts our world is – we are all one hundred percent integral to the functioning of the entire universe!
