The solution to all our insecurities, lies in truly believing that there is but one benevolent Creator and Master of destiny (and physical suffering is only to give us wisdom, as Jung said “There is no birth of consciousness, except through pain!”) and then dedicating every moment on earth to God’s higher purpose of existence, namely: goodness and kindness!
