Is God a relationship?

 

Many seem to feel so.

 

Is God a religion? perhaps even more seem to feel so.

 

But like a parent to a child, it is both.

 

In fact a fascinating question is, then, which is it more?

 

According to Judaism it is more about the effect of the relationship, because getting back to the parent example, the love of the parent is such, he or she puts their ego aside to ensure what is best for the child!

 

In other words, as often in marriage, the key thing (mainly for men) is the relationship.

 

However if what my greater consideration, is not my emotional dependence, desire or reaction to another; rather my effect, my ability to help influence their positivity, than the key thing, is not the relationship, but the effect of the relationship.
