The Rebbe teaches Teshuvah (returning) means to realize that you are in truth God (for the soul obviously is – and you obviously are – it’s only when our soul descends into our consciousness and our consciousness unaware both of God nor heaven, we begin to imagine we are our body – but what is our body? – nothing more than 90% water, a little fat, a little minerals – our body really in its composition is no different from a dog, worm etc.)
